1. Shipping

We currently ship to the UK, US, and EU countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

2. Dispatch Time

Since all our products are made to order, we aim to dispatch orders promptly. Please allow 2 to 5 days for your order to be prepared and shipped. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 3. Returns and Refunds

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via the contact page within 24 hours of purchase. Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after the order has been processed and shipped, except in cases of quality issues.
